Loop Entities Hub
Known threats in the liminal day loop—and how to live past them.
Loop [ALPHA] is a liminal Roblox roguelike by Gazing at the Moon. Each day you push deeper through uncanny spaces, gather coins, buy upgrades, keep a flashlight alive, and hunt an EXIT before entities and anomalies end the run. This hub is the roster: what hunts you, what the badges prove about their rules, and which pages to open when a threat keeps wiping your lobby.
The game has been in Alpha since 21 August 2026. Expect unfinished edges, balance swings, and new threats over time. Treat every ranking and tip as Alpha-current, not final. Sessions support solo play and online co-op up to 30 players—more eyes help, but crowding also multiplies how many things can go wrong at once.
How to use this hub
Start with the entity that keeps killing you, then cross-check the entity danger tier list and the items and upgrades priority list. New survivors should skim Getting Started first so flashlight, coins, and day milestones make sense before you optimize entity counters. Promo drops—if any—live on the codes page.
Confirmed roster
Smilers
Smilers are the grin-in-the-dark threat most players learn first. They can be stunned, which is the difference between a wipe and a recoverable chase. Badge signals from Alpha:
- Stop Smiling — stun a Smiler at least once.
- Too Many Smiles — face four or more Smilers in a single Day.
When pressure spikes, open the dedicated Smilers page and the how to stun Smilers guide. Compare their relative danger on the entities tier list.
MineSpider
MineSpider is the explosive pressure entity. It can detonate, and Alpha awards Close Call when you survive a MineSpider that failed to explode. That badge alone tells you failure states exist—and that surviving the near-miss is a skill, not luck alone. Read MineSpider for spacing, co-op callouts, and how not to turn a dud into a delayed wipe.
Standing Man
Standing Man punishes complacency. The badge Just Standing There is awarded when you die to Standing Man, and community reports plus badge framing agree: this threat stays deadly even while idle. Do not treat stillness as safety. The full threat model is on Standing Man.
Anomalies
Anomalies are the systems-layer hazards—glitches in the loop rather than a single walking body. The standout Alpha example is PopUp.exe: fail to stop it and you can hit a Blue Screen path, with the badge OOOOH MY PC marking that failure. Treat pop-up interruptions as high priority interrupts. Details and response order live on Anomalies.
Shared survival systems
Entities do not exist in a vacuum. Your odds climb when you respect the same support tools every day:
- Flashlights — liminal maps punish darkness; keep light ready before you push unfamiliar halls.
- Coins — fuel the upgrades and items shop; spending early on vision and mobility usually beats hoarding for a late shop that never arrives.
- Upgrades / items — buy what counters the threat you are actually seeing, not a fantasy endgame kit. See the items and upgrades tier list.
- EXIT — escaping the loop is the win condition; entity mastery only matters if you still reach EXIT.
- Day milestones — Alpha tracks meaningful Days at 5 / 10 / 25 / 50. Longer days mean denser threat stacks and more reason to know every page in this hub.
Co-op vs solo
In co-op, assign callouts: who watches Standing Man angles, who peels Smilers for stuns, who backs off when MineSpider winds up, and who drops everything for PopUp.exe. In solo, your priority stack is stricter—interrupt anomalies first, then explosive threats, then chasers you can stun, then idle killers you must respect by pathing.
What this hub is not
This is not a complete bestiary forever. Alpha will add, rename, or rebalance threats. When something new appears, we add a child page and relink from here and from the Tier List Hub. Until then, master the four confirmed pillars above, keep your flashlight and coin plan honest, and push for EXIT on a day you can still control.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What entities are confirmed in Loop Alpha?
Smilers (stunnable; multi-Smiler days), MineSpider (can explode; Close Call on failed detonations), Standing Man (deadly even when idle), and anomalies including PopUp.exe leading to Blue Screen on failure.
Where should I go after reading this hub?
Open the child page for the threat wiping you, then check the entity tier list and items/upgrades priority pages. New players should also read Getting Started.
Do co-op lobbies change entity priority?
Yes. More players help with callouts and stuns, but also raise the chance of stacked Smilers, missed PopUp.exe interrupts, and accidental MineSpider triggers. Assign roles early.
Is this roster final?
No. Loop is in Alpha since 21 August 2026. Treat this hub as current confirmed knowledge and recheck after patches.
