Loop Guides
Day-one survival through EXIT escapes, badges, dual flashlights, and 30-player co-op.
Welcome to the Loop guides hub — practical walkthroughs for the Roblox liminal roguelike by Gazing at the Moon (Runaaruu). Every Day can feel different: missions shift, anomalies appear, entities patrol the dark, and the shop tempts you with upgrades while the EXIT offers a way out of the loop. Loop has been in early access / Alpha since 2026-08-21, so expect unfinished lists, bugs, and balance changes. These guides stick to confirmed systems and call out Alpha uncertainty where it matters.
Start here
New to the place? Read Getting Started first. It covers maxing graphics for readability, what a Day actually is, how missions and the shop fit together, a first look at EXIT, and a safe overview of entities like Smilers, MineSpiders, and Standing Man.
Then lock in Controls for PC and mobile movement, recommended graphics settings, and accessibility notes — including a flashing-lights warning before long sessions.
Escape and progression
When you are ready to leave a run on purpose, use How to EXIT. Escaping is not the same as dying: EXIT is the intentional break from the loop day, with its own badge pressure and risk profile.
Pushing deeper Days? Day Progression explains the Day 5 / 10 / 25 / 50 badge milestones, survival pacing, and solo challenges Pure Skill (Day 20 with no purchases) and Pocket Full (10k coins before Day 20).
For the full stamp list — Welcome, Not Alone, Death Any%, Two Flashlights?, Too Many Smiles, Stop Smiling, OOOOH MY PC, and more — use All Loop Badges.
Objectives and threats
Missions and Collections breaks down mission pressure versus collection goals, with honest notes that Alpha lists are still incomplete.
For the smile in the dark, How to Stun Smilers teaches flashlight usage (you can hold two), stun timing, and the Too Many Smiles badge path without treating every rumor as fact.
Go deeper on dual-light loadouts, beam discipline, and the Two Flashlights? badge in Flashlight & Two Flashlights?. Bringing those habits into public lobbies (up to 30 players)? Read Co-op Tips for stun callers, MineSpider spacing, EXIT politics, and Not Alone.

How these guides fit the rest of the wiki
- Codes Hub — no active promo codes documented yet; redeem steps wait on How to Redeem.
- Players — roster / entity expansion as pages grow.
- Updates — patch-oriented notes when Alpha changes systems these guides describe.
- Tier List and Scripts — separate hubs; do not confuse ranking pages or script listings with official gameplay advice here.
Playing fair with Alpha reality
Loop supports solo and online co-op (up to 30). Strategies that work in a quiet private server may fail in a full lobby where MineSpider explosions chain or Standing Man idles in a doorway — details on Co-op Tips. Anomalies such as PopUp.exe can escalate to a Blue Screen if failed — treat interactive hazards as run-ending, not flavor text.
Items to keep in mental inventory: Flashlight (carry up to two — see Flashlight), Coins, and the Upgrades / Items shop. Spending early can save a Day; refusing purchases is mandatory for Pure Skill later.
Suggested learning path
- Getting Started → survive Day 1–2 without panic.
- Controls → stabilize camera, light, and comfort settings.
- How to Stun Smilers → stop treating Smilers as unstoppable.
- Flashlight & Two Flashlights? → lock dual-light habits and the light badge.
- Missions and Collections → spend attention on objectives that matter.
- Day Progression → plan Day milestones and solo challenges.
- All Loop Badges → fill gaps (Death Any%, OOOOH MY PC, Just Standing There, and more).
- Co-op Tips → survive public 30-player Days without chain wipes.
- How to EXIT → leave cleanly when the loop has given enough.
Return to this hub whenever a patch reshuffles Day logic. We revise child pages instead of burying fixes in unrelated articles, and we keep internal links locale-agnostic so every language build resolves correctly.
