Entities & Items Tier List Hub

Welcome to the Loop [ALPHA] tier list hub. These rankings exist to answer two questions players actually ask: which threats should scare you most, and what should you buy first when coins are tight. Everything here is grounded in confirmed Alpha systems—Smilers, MineSpider, Standing Man, anomalies like PopUp.exe, flashlights, coins, upgrades/items, EXIT, and Day milestones at 5 / 10 / 25 / 50—not invented patch notes.

Loop has been in Alpha since 21 August 2026 (Gazing at the Moon). Balance will move. If a child page disagrees with your last session, check Updates and re-read the caveats on each list.

Entity danger tiers

An S/A/B-style ranking of known threats by panic value, wipe potential, and counter clarity. Smilers are stunnable; MineSpider can explode (Close Call on failed detonations); Standing Man stays deadly while idle; anomalies such as PopUp.exe can Blue Screen you (OOOOH MY PC). Use the list with the full write-ups on the Entities Hub.

Items & upgrades priority

Early and mid-run spending guidance for flashlights, upgrades, and coin discipline. Where Alpha has not published a perfect shop spreadsheet, we say so—and still give a usable priority order so you stop dying with a full wallet.

How we rank (read this once)

  1. Evidence first — Badges and confirmed mechanics outrank vibes.
  2. Wipe math — A threat that ends three teammates at once outranks a fair duel.
  3. Counter clarity — A scary enemy with a clear stun or interrupt can rank below a quieter killer with no obvious answer.
  4. Attention tax — Anomalies that steal focus raise the death rate of every other entity.
  5. Alpha honesty — If we do not know a number, we do not fake one.

Who should use which list

Co-op note

Online sessions scale to 30 players. Tier placement assumes a mixed lobby: more callouts help, but stacking bodies raises MineSpider and anomaly failure rates. Solo players should weight “attention tax” threats even higher.

What this hub will not do

  • Invent weapon DPS charts the game has not shown.
  • Pretend Alpha balance is final.
  • Rank fan-made entities that are not in the confirmed roster.
  • Replace the prose guides—tiers are maps; entity pages are the terrain.

Pick a list, read the caveats, then go survive another Day. EXIT still matters more than any letter grade.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How many tier lists does Loop have on this wiki?

Two core lists right now: entity danger tiers and items/upgrades priority. Both live under this hub and will expand if Alpha adds major systems.

Are these rankings final?

No. Loop has been in Alpha since 21 August 2026. Rankings will move when threats or shop values change—check Updates after patches.

Should beginners start with the entity list or the items list?

Start with items/upgrades so early coins buy vision and survival, then use the entity list while you learn each threat page.

Do co-op lobbies change the tiers?

Relative order stays similar, but attention-tax threats and explosives punish stacked lobbies harder. Call roles early.
